La Mêl is a collection consisting of glasses, a bracelet and a clutch.The focus is on shaping through many separate parts as well as on the resulting colour change. This effect occurs through the stringing together of numerous lamellae which in each case show a different colour on either side. Hence, the resulting Illusion varies depending on the specators’ position. Due to differences in the general shape and the amount of lamellae, each object shows a slightly different effect. The diagonal arrangement on the glasses, for example, allow the user to cover the eyes when tilting the head.
